We are a non-smoking facility. You are welcome to smoke outside your cottage.

Cleaning Fee

There is a $15.00 per person / per night charge for any extra person(s) in the cottage once you exceed the maximum allowed for that cottage.

We do have a 2 night minimum stay and 3 night minimum on all major Holidays. WE ARE SORRY BUT WE DO NOT DO MONTHLY RENTALS IN OUR SUMMER MONTHS (May – Sept.). We will only rent our cottages up to a 14 Night stay during the summer months.

Here at Pinetop Cottages we are pet friendly and love your pets as much as you do but at this time we are only able to allow for dogs. There is a $50.00 non-refundable pet fee for up to 2 dogs.

Cancellations and Refunds

Should it be necessary for you to cancel your reservation a 14 (fourteen) day notice is required for a full 100% return of your deposit.
